One of the premier chemists in the USA worked for over 2 Years on this project.He had already developed a transmission oil that helped save one of the largest transmission companies in the country. It goes on clear (with a light tack ). It takes very little and will not drip if not overapplied. It does not create the mess or smell that are “competitors” are known for. There are no solvents so no issue in spraying rubber hoses etc.
Soap, hot water and elbow grease will remove it, rain water will not. Because it takes less material to apply and it lasts longer (fewer applications) it is more economerical in the long run. In Upstate NY (corrosion capital of the country) a large bus company was skeptical and wanted to compare Asset Preserver to a product they were currently using.
After testing it over 2 winters, they ended up applying it to 100 million dollars worth of buses. If you find a better undercoating, let us know.There is much misinformation in this Industry. We welcome your skepticism , try it for yourself.
